Orders and Payments

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply browse the collection, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need help, just drop us a message, we're happy to assist.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (for Pay Later options).

Q: Can I use a gift card or discount code?
A: Absolutely! Just enter your code at checkout. If it’s not working, reach out and we’ll sort it for you.

Delivery and Collection

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship across the UK. For international orders, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most items are dispatched within 2–5 working days. For upcycled or custom pieces, please allow 1–2 weeks. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! If you're near [your location – e.g. Eaglesham/Glasgow], you can collect your item from our studio by appointment. Just select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout or message us before purchasing.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: We charge a flat £5 delivery fee across the entire site.

Upcycled and Custom Pieces (Houlet’s Hallows)

Q: What’s the story behind your upcycled items?
A: Each piece is meant to have character, lovingly restored or reimagined in our studio. Sustainability and storytelling are at the heart of our work.

Q: Can I request a custom item?
A: Yes! We love collaborating. Send us a message with what you’re looking for and we’ll let you know what’s possible and what the lead time would be.

Furniture

  • Express items: 8–12 working days

  • Large items (e.g. desks, dining/bar tables): 3–5 weeks

  • Small items (e.g. bar stools, wall shelves): 2–3 weeks

  • Custom items (built to your dimensions): 5–7 weeks

Large items are delivered by a specialist furniture courier. Smaller items arrive via standard parcel couriers.

Can I get a more accurate delivery estimate?
Yes — if you have a specific deadline or need a more precise estimate, please get in touch before placing your order.

Do you accept furniture returns?
Yes — we accept returns on standard items if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Well-protected for transit

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received by our delivery partner. This can take up to 10 days after collection.

Can I return a custom item?
No — unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom-made items. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us any questions before ordering.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What’s your returns policy?
A: You can return non-custom items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, custom or upcycled one-off pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

Q: How do I return an item?
