Our 2-Step Intake Process

1. Initial Chat: We arrange a brief 20-minute call to discuss your ideas, evaluate feasibility, and ensure we are a good fit before moving forward.

2. On-Site Consultation (£100): If our timelines align, we visit your home to explore design ideas and highlight any immediate council or structural challenges. Following this meeting, we issue a fixed-fee proposal. (Note: Our Full Architectural & 3D Visualisation packages start at £5,500).
