Our Design Booklets are in 3D and we send a link of the models so you can step into the designs using your laptop, tablet or mobile!
We also provide 3 design options (minimum) for you to pick from at the initial design stage.

We provide you with options so you are left with no doubt that your are choosing the best design route for your situation. At initial design stage we offer you 3 design options (minimum) for you to consider which cover your brief in various ways. We then have a meeting and following this we develop the design into one complete design that is ready to take on to the planning stage.
Extensions

It is difficult to provide an estimated construction cost at the outset as cost is very much dependent on the level of finishes, products chosen and also on individual contractors pricing processes and availability during the tender process. This being said, we would like to reassure you that once you have a firm construction budget is established, we will work to those parameters and work closely with you throughout the project to get the best design and price possible. This is where our passion for residential architecture and our creative thinking can be of great assistance to you..
Our initial site consultation will discuss the brief, budget and feasibility of your project and advise on consents and additional consultants likely to be required. Basically, we take in the whole project parameters as we look to leave no stone unturned. Following the meeting we will provide you with a quotation document for you to consider.

If your project is more about working with what you have in terms of footprint we can add flair and precision so you get the most out of the space you have available. A carefully planned out renovation of your home can add thousands of pounds onto its value so it is important to maximise your design by using a professional.

You can look to book a site consultation which we charge £100 for. This is for people that have more of an idea of what they are wanting to do and would like to receive a comprehensive quotation. (Full details of what is included is given in the booking page)
Alternatively we offer a 'free 30 minute online consultation'. This chat will help you if you are completely unsure of what is involved and will give you an idea of the overall design process should you not be familiar with what is involved in using an Architect and also gives you a better idea of our way of working and availability., furthermore it allows us to ascertain the nature of the work you are thinking about.
Lorna and Neil both provide a first class professional service. Lorna came up with first class ideas for creating a much better area than I would have ever envisaged.
