What is included in our Site Consultation?
The site consultation is a face to face meeting where Lorna will come out and view the property. She will work with you to ascertain the project brief in full detail.
Lorna will lay out the process involved and make you aware of any potential limitations or challenges in the design. You can also ask her questions that you have along the way.
Following the meeting we will provide you with a comprehensive quotation which includes; the brief description (or various brief options), our fees, rough estimated construction costs of the proposed designs with further information on how to obtain more accurate costs, consent information (planning and building warrant), information on Principal Designer role and CDM regulations, information on additional consultants that may be required with your designs, notes for construction and information on the next steps should you wish to proceed.
The meeting and follow up should be useful to you even if you decide not to go with us.
